How much will a repair cost?

We will carry out a detailed inspection to establish the true cost of repair and let you know before we carry out any work. If we feel that the repair is not economically viable then we will advise you not to go ahead with the repair. When processing your laptop, we carry out a detailed Free Assessment to establish the actual cost of the repair, which includes parts and labour, and let you know before we proceed to carry out any work. If we feel that a Laptop Repair is not economically viable, then we will advice you of other alternatives, such as using our We Buy Any Laptop service to earn quick cash towards your next laptop.


How Long Does It Take?

We work our hardest to get laptops assessed the Same Day they come in- when we let you know what needs to be done we will also tell you how long it will take to fix – usually a day unless we have to order any parts.


Is It Worth Fixing?

Some old laptops are just not worth fixing – when the cost of the repair outweighs the worth of the laptop in a working state, we will inform you before you incur any costs. If a laptop is not economically viable to repair, you can always use our We Buy Laptops service to put your laptop to a greater cause.


What About My Data?

Even though in most cases your data will be safe and intact when your Laptop is repaired, sometimes we can not guarantee that it will not be lost. Don't panic though, we do offer great Data Recovery services and Data Copy services for cases where the data could be lost, and if your laptop is damaged beyond repair, we can always return your data in a External Hard Drive so you can read your data on another Computer or Laptop.
