Free delivery only when work has been completed, if customer refuses service on computer, delivery charge will occur. Customer must collect item, or pay upon delivery within 14 days of job completion, or customer agrees to pay storage charge, and after 20 days item will be disposed of to recover repair costs. When agreeing to system reinstall, customer accepts that all data will be wiped, unless customer pays for data copy – even then customer will still have to reinstall all programs that were on computer, as we can only recover documents like pictures and music. I agree that all damage detailed on agreement when item is booked in is legitimate, and that it has not yet been tested by LRS. LRS is not liable for damage or faults that occur prior to receiving the equipment.
